Orders placed via Toledo Landscape Supply website may be changed, modified, or canceled by calling 419-973-0829. These changes to existing orders must be confirmed in person, over the phone. Sending an email or text/SMS message alone does not act as confirmation of an order change. Your receipt of a revised order email will act as a final confirmation of order changes.
Order modifications or cancellations may result in additional amounts being owed or the issuance of credit toward future use of our services. In the event of a full or partial refund, funds will be sent back to the purchasing card, less the credit card fee incurred (2.9% + $0.30).
Same-day cancellations will also incur a $25 cancellation & restocking fee.
7. Property, Vehicle & Driver Safety
There are extreme property, vehicle and driver risks associated with driving a loaded dump truck across lawns, landscapes or other irrigated areas to reach a dump point. Toledo Landscape Supply drivers reserve the right to refrain from delivering a product if they do not feel comfortable with a customer’s chosen dump spot. It is Toledo Landscape Supply vehicle policy to never leave a paved/packed driving surface.
